This is an ongoing maintenance plan billed yearly to maintain the home, caulking the home, washing the exterior, cleaning gutters. Servicing the HVAC and keeping up with plumbing with hydro jetting if necessary. We charge for this and we enroll the client at close out for a yearly recurring fee. We schedule all the maintenance.
