Once we align on your vision, we’ll proceed with a Professional Services Agreement and retainer to cover the early essentials — permitting, cost estimating, and design coordination. From there, we work with you to curate a trusted team of architects, interior designers, and specialists — ensuring each one is aligned with your style, priorities, and project goals. If you already have your design team in place, that’s great — we’re happy to collaborate with them seamlessly. Through close collaboration with your design team, we help bring your home to life — on time and within budget.
With your design finalized and your team in place, construction begins. This is when your vision starts taking shape — not just on paper, but in the real world. From the first day on site to the final detail, we manage every aspect of the build with care, clarity, and precision. You’ll receive weekly updates — typically every Friday — including progress photos and insights so you feel connected and confident every step of the way. What sets Triton apart is our hands-on daily oversight, clear communication, and dedication to delivering an experience as exceptional as the home itself.
When move-in day arrives, you’re not just stepping into a house — you’re coming home. With complete peace of mind, you’ll know that every detail has been thoughtfully reviewed and perfected. Before we hand over the keys, our entire management team conducts a final walkthrough to ensure your home meets the uncompromising standards of Triton’s craftsmanship and care.

We hired Triton as our contractor for a build during the height of COVID, and we can’t recommend them highly enough. Navigating city permits was especially challenging at that time, and many vendors were dealing with low inventory and unpredictable delays. Despite those hurdles, Triton kept the project on track and made sure everything stayed aligned with the timeline we agreed upon.
